RETURNS

 

Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. 

For combination purchases ("Buy one get on free" or "Get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items for us to process a refund.

For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this if any taxes incur it will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. 

To access your returns form log into your account, once logged in click on  "Your Completed Orders" situated on the right hand side, on this page click "Return Item(s), which will open up your returns form as well as instructions on how to return your order.

We do not offer free returns nor do we accept drop-ins to our Warehouse.

All requests for returns made after the 14-day period will be denied. We do not provide free returns nor do we refund shipping.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10-14 WORKING DAYS-once processed please allow some time for this to reflect back into your account, all dependant on your banking provider. Please log into your account for confirmation of refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any funds due to reflect in your banking statement. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but dependent on your banking service provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except the returned item is fault. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. We advise you place a new order for your desired replacement.
